To access the Data Export tab, click the gear wheel icon in the upper-right to view Company Settings.
QuickBooks Desktop Importer
There are two ways to download and import data into QuickBooks Desktop. Method 1 refers to the QuickBooks Desktop Importer tool which can be downloaded by clicking the blue Download QuickBooks Importer Setup File link under the Method One heading.
There are additional fields required to create an IIF file if you must use Method Two. Enter the required information and the IIF file will become available on the Closed Payroll Reports page.

QuickBooks Online Settings
Visit company settings, Export Data tab, then QuickBooks Online section where you can connect Timesheets.com to your QuickBooks Online account. Click the Connect to QuickBooks button to connect.
