Including Archived Time

Archived time can be viewed by accessing the Archives tab on a user’s Hourly Time or Project Time page or by running customized reports.

To run reports on archived time:

  1. Select Reports in the left menu.
  2. Choose report number 5 or 10 (customizable hourly and project time reports, respectively).
  3. Set the date range and any other desired parameters.
  4. Ensure that the box next to Include Archived Time or Include Archived Records is checked. (This is the default setting.)
  5. Finish filling out the report form and run the report.

Including Inactive Users

The data for inactive (terminated/deactivated) users can be included in customized reports using the following process.

  1. Select Reports in the left menu.
  2. Choose from one of the applicable reports including numbers 5, 8, 10, or 11 (customizable hourly time, location and tardy, project time, and mileage and expense reports, respectively).
  3. Set the date range for the report.
  4. Un-check the box for Include All ACTIVE Users.
  5. At the bottom of the list of users, click the blue link (SHOW) next to Archived Staff.
  6. Check the box next to the names of the archived users you wish to include in the report.
  7. Finish filling out the report form and run the report.
