The private brand add-on allows you to upload your custom logo which will be displayed instead of the Timesheets.com logo within your account and at the top of your printed reports. It also gives you the ability to create a custom subdomain for your account (i.e., https://YOURCOMPANYNAME.timesheets.com). To enable the add-on:
- Click the gear wheel
icon in the upper-right, and click My Account.
- Click Add or Remove Licenses or Premium Services.
- Select your subscription level, and click the Continue to Select Your Options button.
- Enter your company name into the Your Desired Subdomain field, and click the Add Private Brand Option button.
- Continue to proceed with payment.
Note: Please contact us in the event that you need to change your subdomain once it has been created.
Your staff may now visit your private subdomain to log into their accounts. (The standard login address of https://secure.timesheets.com can still be used, but they must use the private subdomain that you created in order to see your company’s logo displayed at the top of the page.)
Once the add-on has been enabled and your subdomain created, you may then upload your company logo to your account to complete the setup of your branding. To upload a logo:
- Click the gear wheel
icon in the upper-right, and click My Account.
- Click Upload Custom Logo.
- Click the Browse button, and navigate to the location of your image (only JPG image files are supported), and click Open.
- Check the box next to Delete existing logo only if you are updating your previous logo with a new one.
- Click the Update Brand button.
Note: Your logo should be 280×100 pixels in size (or of equivalent proportions) and should have a white background. It may take up to two hours for your logo to update on our servers and subsequently for you to see the change take effect within your account.
